All you need to know
Paid and good to go. On a class pack, they still have classes left.
Five days or less to go. A good moment to remind them, with the message already written.
Their date passed. You see what they owe and send a WhatsApp reminder in one tap.
How it works
Your name, your prices and your first member. Monthly, every two weeks, weekly or class packs.
Cash, transfer, card or your payment link. Log the payment and the new due date works itself out.
With your phone camera or a reader at the front desk. Full screen green, amber or red, even when the internet drops.
Your members
With the Vigente app they have their gym pass, their payments and their QR at hand, even with no signal.
Someone doesn’t want to download anything? Their gym pass arrives on WhatsApp and opens in the browser. The same QR works at the door.
Paid by transfer? They tap I paid and you get a heads up to confirm it. No screenshots in your chat.
Your money
Vigente never touches your money. Members pay you the way they always have, by transfer or your payment link. We just keep track of who paid.
At the front desk
Only you change prices, the door and your payout details.
A USB reader and the front desk computer. Scan, beep, you see the color.
With an electric lock, a Shelly relay opens it on green. Optional.
Payments and check ins stay on the phone and sync when the internet comes back.
